SuperPump250-Gaspari Nutrition Instant Muscle Expander, 1.78lb Fruit Punch

I am currently on my second container of Gaspari’s SuperPump 250. I have tried NO Xplode, a similar Nitric Oxide product.
With the NO Xplode I got decent pumps and excellent focus for about the first two weeks. After time I grew more and more tolerant, to the point where 2.5 scoops was barely noticeable.
I decided to switch to SuperPump, mainly because it was $15 cheaper. I’m so glad that I did. I currently take 2 heaping scoops of SuperPump with a half tsp. of creatine ethyl ester before every workout. In 20-30 minutes my head is rushing, my muscles are pumping, and I have an incredible feeling of focus and energy. I can work out harder, my muscles get incredibly pumped, and my veins grow more distinguishable. SuperPump also helps to burn fat. The best part is that the effects of SuperPump last for about 2 hours, and I still get the same if not more effect as I did on the very first day.
Side Effects:
-Smelly Gas every now and then
-Change in stool consistency.
-Drowsiness after wearing off (if you take too late at night)
-Light Headedness (if you are dehydrated)
Before using SuperPump there are a few things you should know.
-I’ve only tried Blue Raspberry. It’s an acquired taste but it is definitely manageable. No gagging like I did with NO-Xplode Lemon Lime
-Take it on an empty stomach and don’t eat or drink anything but water for at least 20 minutes after taking! Otherwise your SuperPump may turn into SuperPoop.
-This is not for the casual gym goer. This is for regular, explosive workouts to put on lean muscle.
-Not good for aerobic workouts. I’ve tried it and I feel like my muscles get too pumped. It hinders range of motion a bit and I get slightly queasy.
-Start small. One scoop the first couple times. Once you get used to it up to 1.5 scoops. Then go to 2. Then if you really want to get pumped go for 2 heaping or 2.5 I have felt no need to go with 3.
-It says on the package to take on off days. Don’t. It’s a waste of money.
-Drink lots of water!
-I’d recommend cycling. I do 3 months on and 1 month off, in conjunction with my creatine.
If you follow those tips you should minimize side effects and get fantastic results. I will never go back to a different Nitrogen product.

Superpump does what it says it does. I’ve used it off and on, depending on my workout goals but when I use it, I get results. I tried Superpump because I tire easily and I felt that I didn’t get my maximum results because I didn’t workout to the point of fatigue. The most notable benefit to this product is that it keeps you mentally focused to workout. I take it 45 minutes before I plan to lift or run and it really gets you in the mood. I think it’s the strong stimulant effect, which to me, is a calm yet alert euphoric feeling that allows me to get in a few more reps or more miles of running. However, I take the lowest recommended dose because the three scoop recommendation is too much for me. I tried a stronger dose once and the next day, I was in a terrible mood. Although it contains some creatine, I add creatine to one scoop of superpump and it is more than sufficient to get me in the mood. But I don’t take it after 5 pm because it will keep me up all night. Also, I have noticed that it does work well as a nitric oxide. My muscles don’t fatigue as quickly and my veins are definately more pronounced. My only concern with the product is that it is potentially addicting, after all, it does make you feel good. That’s why I use it periodically, usually while I’m in a creatine phase, which is every other month. I do recommend this product if you can handle stimulants, but I would watch the doseage.

I work in a gym. I am a non caffeine user, so I am sensitive to stimulants. White flood and nanovapor did nothing for me as far as energy, and nanovapor made me dizzy and gave me a mild headache. I do like No Xplode, but for different reasons.
Superpump 250 was in a different category of performance altogether for me. I understand these things work differently on different body chemistries. Superpump gave me a great deal of energy, increased pump (bloodflow), and a noticeable gain in power on the first try. I work in a gym, so I work out every day. I struggle with 30 lbs on the delt machine due to previous bilateral shoulder injuries. An hour after I took Superpump, I bumped my weight up to 50 lbs with no problem and no pain and did more than one set! This product really worked for me, with instant effect and a really decent taste (orange). Working in a gym I’ve had a chance to sample lots of stuff - but when it came time to buy again, I bought Gaspari’s Superpump 250.

I’ve used No Shotgun several times as well as other popular brands. I found this one to be as good or better than the rest, at a lower price. NO shotgun inexplicably had a different sized scoop for the same product ever time I bought it. I emailed the company to find what dose they intended, but never received a response, so I tried Superpump. I had more energy with it and a greater pump during working out. I continue to use it.
