I like the peppermint green tea, it helps with my appetite when I drink it 30 minutes before I eat. I drank it in the morning and it helped with my appetite through past lunch. I would recommend it, it is not too strong, it is just right.

I love how there is garcinia cambogia and peppermint in this Wu-Yi tea. It taste great and curbs my appetite, I’ll buy again! Also, you can tell this tea is organic as it is very fresh.
